§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 151.01 through 151.11 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200, together with the costs of the prosecution. Each day during which violation continues shall be a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 151.25 through 151.30 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $200, together with the cost of the prosecution. Each day during which violation continues shall be a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person violating any of the terms of § 151.60 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $200 for each day of the violation.
