§ 30.06 COMPENSATION FOR CITY COUNCIL AND MAYOR.
   All City Council members, including the Mayor, shall serve the city at a compensation level, if any, to be decided by the City Council during budget preparation. There shall be an allowance to cover travel expenses necessary for the conducting of city business.
