§ 30.04 TENURE OF OFFICE.
   There shall be two-year staggered terms of the Offices of Mayor and the five Council members. The Mayor and two Council members shall be elected for two-year terms on odd-numbered years. The remaining three Council members shall be elected for two-year terms on even-numbered years.
