§ 150.02 CREATING OFFICE OF HOUSING ENFORCING OFFICIAL.
   (A)   The Office of Housing Enforcing Official is hereby created.
   (B)   The Building Official shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter.
   (C)   The Building Official shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation of the City Council. His or her appointment shall continue during good behavior and satisfactory service. He or she shall not be removed from office, except for cause, after full opportunity has been given him or her to be heard on specific charges.
