§ 30.02 DATE OF ELECTIONS.
   (A)   All elections for City Council members shall be held on the first Saturday in May of each year for odd numbered years and the on second Saturday in May of each year for even numbered years.
   (B)   The city elections shall be operated in compliance with state law.
