§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 130.01, or failing to observe any of the provisions hereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not more than $200, and each violation shall be a separate offense.
