§ 116.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; ACTIVITY COMPLIANCE.
   (A)   All peddlers and solicitors must receive a permit from the City Secretary to conduct their activities within the city.
   (B)   The charge for a peddler or solicitor’s permit is on file in the City Secretary’s office.
   (C)   The activities of all peddlers and solicitors shall comply with the provisions of the zoning ordinances of the city.
