§ 116.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PEDDLER. Any person who sells goods or merchandise in any manner other than in an established retail or wholesale store and is not a solicitor as defined below.
   SOLICITOR. A person who sells goods or merchandise by personally calling upon residences in person or by phone.
