§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   For each sign that is not removed within 24 hours following the conclusion of the sale, a fine of $25 shall be assessed.
