§ 115.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE OR YARD SALE. The temporary retail use of residentially zoned property consisting of the sale of four or more items acquired by the seller for their ultimate use or consumption.
