§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Penalty for nonpayment. Every person, association, organization and corporation, who shall operate any business without the payment of the rentals provided for herein shall be subject to a penalty of $200 for each and every day, in excess of 30 days, that the person, association, organization or corporation shall conduct the business using and occupying the streets, easements, alleys or other public ways of the city, without the payment of the rentals which sum may be recovered by the city, in a court of competent jurisdiction by suit filed therein.

      (2)   Penalty for refusing examinations. Every person, association, organization or corporation and the local manager or agent of every person, association, organization or corporation failing or refusing to allow the examination provided in § 110.02, or failing or refusing to make report provided for in § 110.01, herein shall, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the city, be fined any sum not to exceed $200 and every day failure or refusal, as mentioned in this section, shall be deemed a separate offense.
