§ 110.20 REQUIRED CONNECTION.
   It shall be the duty of every person owning, occupying or controlling property within 250 feet of any sanitary sewer in the city limits to connect all sinks, bathtubs, shower stalls, water closets (commodes) and privies thereon with the sanitary sewer.
