§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating § 94.01 shall be fined not to exceed $200, and shall cease construction of the driveway immediately upon notice by the Police Chief or police officers of the city.

   (C)   Any land owner or any person who shall open, use or attempt to open or use any access driveway without first obtaining the permit shall be fined not more than $200, or the city shall cause the driveway to be closed or access be denied by appropriate obstructions located along the right-of-way line of the state highway or city street, or both; provided that each day or part of each day the land owner or other person shall use or attempt to use the driveway shall be considered a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 94.25 through 94.27 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, fined an amount not to exceed $200. In the case of a parking violation, the fine may be imposed in addition to the wrecker and storage charges.
