§ 35.01 SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.
   The cost of a public improvement may be defrayed in whole or in part by special assessment upon lands abutting upon, adjacent to, or otherwise benefitted by the improvement.
