§ 34.41 BIDDERS IN DEFAULT TO THE CITY.
   The City Commission shall not accept the bid of a contractor or bidder who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses or other monies due the City nor shall the City Commission award any contract to a person who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses or other monies due the City.
