§ 119.09 BOND REQUIRED AND FORFEITURE OF BOND.
   No license shall be issued until a cash bond is posted in an amount established in § 110.18, to ensure that the licensee will comply with all of the laws of the state and the ordinances of the City in connection with the operation of the activity, and that the licensee shall cease operation on or before the expiration of the license and shall remove all equipment, paraphernalia, debris, advertisements and litter which are attributable to the activity or its concessionaries. The bond posted by an applicant under this article shall be forfeited if the applicant has not restored to its prior condition the area as affected by the activity for which the bond was posted, including the site, roads and road rights-of-way and surrounding areas, both public and private, three days from the conclusion of the licensed activity or from expiration of the license, whichever comes first.
