§ 116.45 VISIBILITY OF ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   All activities of marihuana industrial operations shall be conducted indoors and out of public view, except cultivation may occur in an outdoor area provided that the area is contiguous with the facility building, fully enclosed by fences or barriers that block outside visibility of the marihuana plants from public view, with no marihuana plants growing above the height of the fence or barrier and the fences are secured and only accessible to authorized persons and emergency personnel .
   (B)   No medical marihuana, marihuana-infused product, or paraphernalia shall be displayed or kept in a business so as to be visible from outside the licensed premises.
