All signage and advertising for a medical marihuana facility shall comply with all applicable provisions of this Code and the City Zoning Ordinance. In addition, it shall be unlawful for any licensee to:
(A) Use advertising material that is misleading, deceptive or false or that is designed to appeal to minors aged 17 or younger;
(B) Advertise in a manner that is inconsistent with the medicinal use of marihuana and marihuana-infused products or use advertisements that promote medical marihuana or marihuana- infused products for recreational or any use other than for medicinal purposes by patients and caregivers.
