§ 116.10 NUMBER OF PERMITTED FACILITIES.
   The maximum number of each type of medical marihuana commercial entity permitted in the City is as follows:
   Type of Facility            Number
   Grower               no limit
   Processor               no limit
   Secure transporter            no limit
   Provisioning center            no limit
   Safety compliance facility         no limit.
