§ 100.06 AUCTION SALES.
   The Director of Public Safety shall periodically arrange for auction sales of abandoned personal pro- perty, other than money and securities. The property shall be sold at a public auction at the best possible price. All proceeds shall be turned over to the City Treasurer and shall become the property of the City within its general fund.
