§ 96.21 SMOKING IN BED.
   (A)   Prohibition. It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke in bed in the following places:
      (1)   Hospitals;
      (2)   Nursing homes;
      (3)   Hotels;
      (4)   Rooming houses and lodging houses;
      (5)   Dormitories;
      (6)   Other places of danger or designated by the Chief of the Fire Department.

   (B)   Notice. In each sleeping room of all hotels, rooming and lodging houses and other places of public abode, a plainly written notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place as notice of the foregoing section.
