§ 96.06 INSPECTION; ACCESS TO PREMISES.
   The Inspector may, at all reasonable hours, enter any building or premises within his jurisdiction for the purpose of making any inspection or investigation which, under the provisions of this chapter, he may deem necessary. It shall be the duty of each owner and occupant to give free access to the Inspector of buildings and premises for the purpose of inspection.
