(A) The consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in all City parks, except as follows:
(1) At a special event with a temporary liquor license approved by the City Commission; and
(2) In Hemlock, Vogel and Industrial Parks from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday; and
(3) In Pocket Park and Mitchell Creek Park in accordance with all rules and regulations in the Social District Plan as approved by the City Commission and as may be amended from time to time.
(B) Glass containers of alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times in City parks.
(C) A violation of this section shall be a municipal civil infraction.
