§ 90.89 ENTRY INTO OR USE OF VACATED PROPERTY.
   No person shall enter or use any real property declared to be a public nuisance and ordered vacated by the City Commission. It shall be an affirmative defense to a prosecution under this section that written permission to enter or use the property was obtained from the Police Chief.
