§ 90.47 ABATEMENT.
   If, at the expiration of any time limit in the notice, the owner has not complied with the requirements thereof, the City Manager shall carry out the requirements of the notice. The cost of suchabatement shall be charged against the premises and the owner thereof in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.4 of the Charter.
