§ 72.15 DRIVER REGULATIONS APPLICABLE.
   Every person riding a bicycle upon a street or highway shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a vehicle under Chapter 70, except as to those pro- visions which by their nature can have no application. BICYCLE shall have the meaning prescribed in the Uniform Traffic Code adopted in § 70.01.
