The City shall have the following offices and departments which the City Manager shall supervise and direct, except as otherwise provided by the Charter:
(A) Office of the City Manager.
(B) Office of the City Clerk.
(C) Office of the City Treasurer.
(D) Office of the City Attorney.
(E) Office of the City Assessor.
(F) Department of Public Safety.
(G) Department of Public Services.
(H) Department of Community Development.
