Subd. 1. Any person convicted of violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine or imprisonment, or both, as specified by state statute.
Subd. 2. Any licensed collector that accumulates three documented violations of this chapter shall have its license revoked. A collector with a revoked license may seek review and hearing by the City Council by initiating such proceedings with the City Clerk.
