§ 1500.01 Taxing Districts Established.
The city is hereby divided into an Urban Service District and a Rural Service District pursuant to M.S. § 272.67, as it may be amended from time to time, for the purpose of all municipal property taxes, except those levied for the payment of bonds and judgements and interest thereon.
