Prior to commencing any land disturbing activity in a subdivision, the developer shall submit an erosion control plan for approval by the City Engineer. All grading and construction activity that results in disturbance of the ground shall comply with State Pollution Control Agency’s general storm water permit for construction activity, the State Storm Water Manual, the Engineering Design Standards, and all other applicable city ordinances.
