§ 930.02 Enforcement.
It shall be the responsibility of the City Police Chief to enforce the provisions of this section. The Police Chief shall have authority to order in writing the owner or occupant to comply with the numbering requirements of this section within 60 days. The Police Chief shall have authority to extend the item for compliance for an additional 14 days of it appears that such extension is appropriate.
