§ 230.04 Assistant Chief.
In the absence or disability of the Fire Chief, the Assistant Chief shall perform all the functions and exercise all the authority of the Chief. The Assistant Chief shall perform such other duties as the Chief may from time to time direct. The Assistant Chief shall be appointed by the same process as the Chief.
