Permits shall be issued, inspections conducted, and fees collected as provided for in M.S. § 326B.121, as it may be amended from time to time, Chapter 1 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code (UBC), and Minn. Rules parts 1300.0120, 1300.0160, and 1300.0210, as they may be amended from time to time. The application shall contain such information as may be deemed necessary for the proper enforcement of this section or any other provision of the City Code.
