§ 220.03 Compensation.
   Subd. 1.   The compensation to be paid to the City Administrator shall be set initially by contract subject to approval by the City Council.
   Subd. 2.   Subsequent changes to the City Administrator’s compensation are to be negotiated at contract review/renewal and/or implemented with the standard cost of living increases approved by the City Council.
