On any city street for more than 72 consecutive hours, no vehicle shall be parked on either side of Lake Street in the city from U.S. Highway # 10 south to the right-of-way of the Burlington Northern Railway longer than two hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on any day except Sundays and legal holidays.
