For the purpose of this section, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
Garbage. Any animal and/or vegetable waste resulting from the handling, preparing, cooking, and consumption of food.
Refuse. Discarded waste materials in a solid or semi-liquid state, consisting of garbage, rubbish, or a combination thereof.
Rubbish. Nonputrescible solid wastes consisting of combustible and noncombustible materials, including yard waste.
