§ 200.02 Regular City Election.
   Subd. 1.   Date of Election. The regular city election shall be held biannually on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in every even numbered year.
   Subd. 2.   Terms and Transition.
         1.   The Mayor shall be elected for a four-year term.
         2.   Two Council members shall be elected for four-year terms at each biannual city election.
