§ 570.10 Meetings, Speeches, Demonstrations, and Parades.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct public meeting, assemblies, entertainment, parades, or demonstrations within a park without first obtaining a written permit from the Park Director, and then only in an area designated by permit.
