§ 550.01 Clean Walks Required.
Within 24 hours after the completion of any snowfall, the owner or occupant of any premises in the city shall completely clear the snow and loose or melting ice from the sidewalk in front of and/or beside the premises. The owner or occupant must also maintain clearance of the sidewalk in front of and/or beside the premises thereafter.
