It is unlawful for any person to engage in or permit construction activities involving the use of hand-held tools, including, but not limited to, tools such as hammers, saws, wrecking bars, or electrically powered tools including, but not limited to, skill saws, drills, or sanders except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on any weekday and Saturday or between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any Sunday or holiday.
