Subd. 1. Conviction or Revocation. No license shall be granted for sale on any premises where a licensee has been convicted of the violation of this section, or of the state 3.2% malt liquor or liquor law, or where any license hereunder has been revoked for cause until one year has elapsed after the conviction or revocation.
Subd. 2. Six Months Prior Eligibility. No on-sale license shall be granted for a business or club which has not been in regular operation and eligible to receive a license for at least six months immediately preceding the application for a license.
