The provisions of M.S. Chapter 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, sales, consumption, conditions, or bonds of licenses, hours of sales and all other matters pertaining to the retail sale, distribution, and consumption of 3.2% malt liquor are hereby adopted and made a part of this section as if set out in full.
