§ 396.01 Violations.
   Subd. 1.   Any violation of state statutes regarding fireworks or this section will result in the revocation of any permit to sell or store fireworks.
   Subd. 2.   Materials that violate state statutes or this Code may be confiscated and destroyed. Costs associated with disposal shall be paid by the violator and/or be assessed back to the property.
