§ 395.15 Violations and Penalties.
Any person or entity violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor under state law and shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment, or both, together with the costs of prosecution. Each violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense. The facts leading to arrests, charges, or conviction of a violation of this section, while not required, may be considered in identifying grounds for the nonrenewal, suspension, denial or revocation of any license issued under this section.
