The fees for a therapeutic massage enterprise and therapist licenses shall be set forth in the city fee schedule appendix as adopted and/or amended by the City Council. An investigation fee shall be charged for therapeutic massage enterprise licenses and an individual therapeutic massage license. Each application for a license shall be accompanied by payment in full of the required license and investigation fees. No investigation fee shall be refunded.
