§ 390.17 Violations and Penalties.
   Subd. 1.   Separate Offenses. Each day a violation of this section is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such under this section.
   Subd. 2.   Misdemeanor. Violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor.
