Section 83. Charter Review.

By the fifteenth day of February in 1998 and by the fifteenth day of February every ten years thereafter, City Council may appoint a committee to review the City Charter and report to Council by the fifteenth day of December of that year its recommendations concerning possible amendments to update the Charter.
