1266.23 SEVERABILITY.

In the event any provision of this chapter is declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole or the remaining parts of this chapter other than the parts declared invalid or unconstitutional.
