1236.13 LAND TRANSFER PRIOR TO FINAL PLAT APPROVAL.

No lot, parcel or tract from such subdivision shall be transferred nor shall any construction work commence on the proposed Subdivision, including grading, until a Final Plat has been approved by the Board of Zoning and Planning, all dedications thereon accepted by the City, and the Final Plat has been timely recorded.
