The Board may adopt rules for the preservation of good order and safety on and within its buildings, equipment and grounds. Such rules shall be posted by the Board on or around the Board’s buildings, grounds and equipment and shall be published as provided in Section 222.01 of the Codified Ordinances and, upon approval by the Mayor of the City, shall be enforced by the City Police Department during those periods when school is not in session or at such other times as may be designated by the Board. No person shall violate a rule adopted under this chapter.
